I always cite the site and include the original address when possible. I just had to share these because my favorite jokes when I was but a young lad was, "How/Where do you hide an elephant. What‘s so special about this?

It's a great painting by renowned Korean artist Kim Jae-hong. His drawings for children are characterized by their simplicity and their ability to evoke particular scenes or events. His subtle use of color helps to create a tranquil and mellow atmosphere in his paintings. Elements of Korean nature and culture are also beautifully rendered in Kim's work.

The Grandeur of Notre Dame

This is the tiny little hillside chapel of Notre Dame de Lyon. It was a healthy walk to the top all by my lonesome with my tripod and ipod. It was once again one of those places where you are not supposed to use tripods. But I simply state that I am on a mission from God, and then they generally back off either in awe or confusion.

Lydia Anne Light House

This is the Lydia Anne Light House right across the channel from Port Aransas, Texas, not to far from Corpus Christi. It is privately owned by H.E.B. and is truely an awesome place. I know the guy that runs the place (day light - light off, night time - light on) and we were sitting on the porch of the visitor's house and he showed me where one of the previous light house keepers had spent his liesure time going around filling up the worm holes with putty. I think that was before there were boats with motors......
